We love Minute Rice!
ReplyDeleteThis is actually more of a "non-recipe", it is so easy!
"Almost Instant Rice Pudding"
4 cups cooked warm Minute Rice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Stir all ingredients together. Serve either warm or cold. Makes 6 -8 servings.

I love rice in general so anything with rice is great but my fiance's mother makes this incredible pressure cooker sticky rice that I cannot get enough of. I've never asked the recipe but it seems very easy and the secret, she says, is the pressure cooker itself. :)
